Empower HER Conference
The inaugural Empower Her Girls Conference at CEC was nothing short of powerful! The impact was felt in every session, every conversation, and every moment of connection.

Kill the Kid, Kill the King
Covenant of Peace: South Carolina’s First Ever… A Royal Awakening 🕊
What unfolded was more than a gathering, it was a spiritual alignment. For the first time in South Carolina, we convened under the Covenant of Peace to call forth the KING within every young man in attendance.
👑 Day 1: Awakening Royalty Within
We redefined what it means to be a KING, not just a title, but an identity:
K = Knowledgeable – Purposeful learning unlocks self-awareness and legacy
I = Innovative – Passion transforms pain into purpose and vision into action
N = Noble – True influence is leading with honor, integrity, and compassion
G = Greatness – When wisdom, creativity, and character align, greatness is inevitable
The boys didn’t just attend, they took their place. They discovered what it means to Kill the Kid and Rise as the King, a message that echoed in every conversation and courageous commitment that day.
💬 This Is Only the Beginning
The Covenant of Peace isn’t a program, it’s a movement.
Goodwill Industries
Today was a powerful moment as Path2Redemption and Becoming HER partnered with the dedicated team at Goodwill Industries to share what it truly means to Become HER Healed, Extraordinary, and Resilient.
We explored the truth that “it has to hurt before it can heal,” reminding us that struggles don’t define us they refine us. We reclaimed pain as purpose, showing how challenges can be transformed into fuel for building meaningful lives, families, and communities.
We also highlighted The Power of Social Currency, the relationships, mentorship, and support systems that make transformation possible. Just as Goodwill creates pathways for fresh starts, Path2Redemption and Becoming HER serve as bridges of healing and reinvention.
To the incredible Goodwill team: thank you for your openness, energy, and commitment to transformation.
Your work is living proof that resilience is real and everyone deserves a second chance.
G.R.O.W. Coaching Model
I had the privilege of facilitating a training on the G.R.O.W. Coaching Model alongside our incredible team of Credible Messengers and Youth Engagement Specialists at the Department of Juvenile Justice.
This training was more than instruction, it was an opportunity to equip those on the frontlines with practical tools to engage youth in ways that are intentional, impactful, and transformative.
We explored strategies to strengthen communication, foster trust, and create safe spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow beyond their circumstances.
At Path2Redemption, we believe learning never stops. Every new tool, every fresh perspective, and every innovative approach is another step toward transforming lives and shaping brighter futures for the next generation.
Because as the saying reminds us: “When you stop learning, you stop living.”
Affirmation Event
The day our Path2Redemption team entered CEC, we introduced Becoming HER with an affirmation-themed event that empowered justice-impacted girls to speak new truths, write new chapters, and bring their visions to life through creative rhinestone apparel.
More than an activity, it was experiential learning in action, hands-on creation, reflection, and transformative growth. With Credible Messengers present, the girls didn’t just hear resilience was possible they saw proof.
This is what it looks like when we show youth they matter by giving them tools, voices, and visions for a new tomorrow.
